What motivates me is the desire to actively contribute to a Europe that is less dependent on the US. Not for nationalist reasons, but from a humanist perspective: more technological autonomy, more freedom of choice and more control over our own data.
That's why I'm serious about moving SMBs from Microsoft 365 to Nextcloud, starting with secure storage in Europe as an alternative to OneDrive. I have taken this step myself, with the necessary challenges, and I regularly write about this in my blogs In which I share the obstacles and learnings of this transition. While the need is clear to many, it is often underestimated how important active support is to actually get non-tech savvy companies moving. That's why I offer Immediately I offer my services to companies that want to make this transition and need guidance.
Because my family depends on a stable income – and because the world is based on economic justification – I want to combine this mission with consultancy in this area. Not only to build a sustainable revenue model, but above all to make Nextcloud storage an attractive and feasible alternative, even without discussions about privacy, Big Tech or geopolitics.
SMEs often lack good support in this area, and many companies do not even know that Nextcloud is a fantastic alternative if properly arranged. I want to change that.

From my experience with similar migrations, I can only underline your vision. Indeed, many SMEs still underestimate the practical support that is needed.
