Les v\u00e9ritables \u00e9cueils sont la confusion, la r\u00e9sistance, le manque de direction ou simplement l'absence de conditions pr\u00e9alables. C'est <em data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"599\">Mod\u00e8le de Knoster<\/em> identifier clairement ces facteurs: La vision, les comp\u00e9tences, la motivation, les ressources et un plan d'action concret sont tous n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir le changement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"918\">Qu'est-ce qui ressort? Chez Data-Pro, ce mod\u00e8le n'est pas un cadre th\u00e9orique, mais une pratique quotidienne. La technique est l\u00e0, mais la direction manque. Dans presque tous les projets, je commence donc par expliquer pourquoi: Qu'est-ce qui doit changer, et pour qui?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1541\">Dans les processus de migration complexes ou dans la restructuration des architectures de donn\u00e9es, c'est souvent le premier b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de s'engager avec les bonnes personnes, de d\u00e9couvrir les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement et de d\u00e9velopper ensemble une vision commune de l'avenir. Ce n'est qu'alors qu'il y aura un mouvement.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1603\"><em data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1603\">\u00abUne vision qui n\u2019est pas partag\u00e9e n\u2019est qu\u2019une opinion.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1608\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1669\"><strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1667\">Comp\u00e9tences: La diff\u00e9rence entre volontaire et capable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1938\">M\u00eame avec les meilleures intentions, une \u00e9quipe reste bloqu\u00e9e si elle n'a pas les bonnes comp\u00e9tences. C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019apporte non seulement une expertise technique \u2013 dans le domaine de la mod\u00e9lisation des donn\u00e9es, de la BI, du cloud et des scripts \u2013 mais aussi des comp\u00e9tences en communication, en formation et en gestion du changement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2181\">J'ai souvent l'habitude d'impliquer les gens dans de nouveaux processus ou syst\u00e8mes, avec une approche aussi pratique que le coaching. Pensez aux ateliers techniques, \u00e0 la supervision des juniors ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du foss\u00e9 entre l'entreprise et l'informatique.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2252\"><em data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2252\">\u00abLe changement n\u2019est possible que si les gens savent comment le faire.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2257\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2309\"><strong data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2307\">Mesures incitatives: Pourquoi quelqu'un voudrait \u00e7a?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2608\">Le changement n\u00e9cessite de l'\u00e9nergie. Cette \u00e9nergie n\u2019est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e que lorsque les gens ressentent ce qu\u2019elle procure, tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Dans les projets auxquels je participe, je m'assure que les succ\u00e8s deviennent visibles: des d\u00e9lais plus courts, plus d'emprise sur la qualit\u00e9, moins de travail manuel, plus de transparence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2815\">Un tableau de bord bien con\u00e7u, un script de contr\u00f4le automatis\u00e9 ou un mod\u00e8le de donn\u00e9es clair peuvent faire des merveilles pour la motivation. Mais seulement si cela correspond \u00e0 ce dont les gens ont besoin dans leur travail quotidien.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2883\"><em data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2883\">\u00abLa meilleure motivation vient du sentiment que votre travail compte.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"2888\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2940\"><strong data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2938\">Ressources : Est-ce que tout est l\u00e0 pour r\u00e9ussir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"3198\">Nous attendons souvent beaucoup des gens sans leur donner le temps, l'outillage ou le soutien dont ils ont besoin. C\u2019est pourquoi je cartographie toujours les ressources existantes et je m\u2019y adapte. J'utilise ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0, je m'am\u00e9liore l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c'est n\u00e9cessaire et j'automatise l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c'est possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3200\" data-end=\"3374\">Qu'il s'agisse d'un environnement de donn\u00e9es fragment\u00e9, d'outils h\u00e9rit\u00e9s ou de documentation manquante: J'aide les gens \u00e0 aller de l'avant avec des moyens concrets, plut\u00f4t que des conseils abstraits.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3423\"><em data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3423\">\u00abLe changement n\u2019exige pas le luxe, mais l\u2019acc\u00e8s.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3425\" data-end=\"3428\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3430\" data-end=\"3480\"><strong data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3478\">Plan d'action: Le changement doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alisable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3482\" data-end=\"3677\">Une vision sans plan \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape reste une intention. C'est pourquoi je travaille toujours \u00e0 partir d'un plan qui donne une direction et laisse place \u00e0 l'ajustement. It\u00e9rative, transparente et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l'organisation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3929\">Parfois, cela signifie: d\u00e9velopper une voie de migration pratique dans un court laps de temps. Peu fr\u00e9quent: la refonte progressive d'un environnement d'\u00e9tablissement de rapports. Mais toujours avec un oeil pour la praticabilit\u00e9 et l'implication. Pas de rapports \u00e9pais, mais des \u00e9tapes claires et des commentaires rapides.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3931\" data-end=\"3995\"><em data-start=\"3931\" data-end=\"3995\">\u00abLe changement n\u2019est pas un projet.
